Disney's international expansion continues.

Disney started their international expansion is 1983 in Tokyo, which lead them to also open a Disneyland in Paris. Disney ha recently opened a Disneyland in Hong Kong making this the fourth disneyland theme park. Many Hong Kong consumers were asking for a frozen resort, which Disney ultimitedly decided to go with. This is will potentially increase Disney's market size dramatically with more global outreach. According to the Strategic Management textbook, Asia makes up 60% of global middle-class consumption. By making this strategic move, Disney has increased their scale of operations allowing for increased revenue and assets.
