Organizational Ethic's

In Chapter 11, we discuss strategic leadership. More specifically, we will focus on an ethical organization. To be an ethical organization, several factors will need to be met. For example, the leaders of a firm will need to be role models, there needs to be corporate credos and codes of conduct, reward and evaluation systems, and policies and procedures that need to be put into place. Transformative leaders have more influence on co-workers' support and implementation of an ethical culture. In 2021, Disney launched new programs for their social responsibility initiatives. All of these focus on their social impact, diversity and inclusion, environmental sustainability, operating responsibility, and investment in their people. Disney remains committed to their ethical business codes and positive work environment. For Disney's strategy to succeed, leaders must lead by example.
