Disney's Organizational Structure

This week, we will discuss Disney’s organizational structure. An organizational structure helps determine the roles of a firm. Disney, they have a multidivisional structure. Since they provide many products and services, they must structure the company by products, projects, and markets. This allows them to promote and collaborate between different departments. Disney has both advantages and disadvantages. An advantage of this structure is that it will enable divisional leaders to focus their efforts on specific projects. However, the disadvantage is a difference in visions for the overall company. Disney has been able to establish an overall seamless structure.
